We then, using the principles, educate you organisation on how you’re approaching it, what AI is, what it is not, how it can be relevant in their working day, how it can benefit their career and how they can clearly identify AI risks and opportunities.

Monitor and grow

We provide tools to help your teams who have gone through the education to access Micro e-learnings, create and track opportunities and to get inspiration on where they could apply AI.

This gives you organisation wide reporting on the level of AI education and the opportunities that are being identified by your teams.

What does the pathway with an AI Partner look like?

    Week 1: Defining the AI principles that you want to share and that reflect how you'd like people to talk about your company's exploration with AI.

    Week 2: Start raising Ai understanding with education sessions and the implementation of the AI education, reporting and opportunity management solution.

    Weekly: Check-in on the pipeline of opportunities, understand which have stopped and actively engage to support. We're also looking for risks and mitigating in advance.

    Monthly: Provide an executive feedback report on AI covering the number of people who have undergone training, the number of opportunities being created, potential benefits, highlighted risks and engagement levels.
