    Week 1: Defining the AI principles that you want to share and that reflect how you'd like people to talk about your company's exploration with AI.

    Week 2: Start raising Ai understanding with education sessions and the implementation of the AI education, reporting and opportunity management solution.

    Weekly: Check-in on the pipeline of opportunities, understand which have stopped and actively engage to support. We're also looking for risks and mitigating in advance.

    Monthly: Provide an executive feedback report on AI covering the number of people who have undergone training, the number of opportunities being created, potential benefits, highlighted risks and engagement levels.

    • Corporate AI enablement workshops (AUD $4,000 excl GST for up to 20 attendees)

    Giving attendees the theory and the skills to safely use AI at work the next day.

    • These can be role specific or more general, but they are 3 hours long and help cover of the risks, opportunities, ethical sides and personal responsibility side of using AI in your organisation, the difference between free and paid tools (we focus on Microsoft CoPilot) and how to move forward. We also walk through how to create the value proposition for investment in AI tools and then get hands on with a number of exercise to help attendees move from the theory into the practice. Using CoPilot in Bing, we will show how the get the most from GenAI tools and then we show how that applies in a corporate environment.
